A hands-on, heart centered community herbalism workshop at Colibrí Cafe. 💗

Join us on Sunday February 15th to make our own medicine that nourishes the heart, 

its wisdom, 

its tenderness, 

and strength,

through an Ayurvedic lens.

Together we will formulate a rose, hawthorn, hibiscus & cinnamon heart tonic to nourish: 

• 💗 The physical heart — circulation, vitality, and gentle strengthening

• 🌿 The emotional heart — grief tending, protection, and love

• 🔥 The energetic/spiritual heart — warmth, courage, and resilience

And we will explore:

• 🌿 The slow medicine of decocting aka extracting the essence of our herbal allies

• 🍯 The sweet medicine of the electuary as we fold our formula into raw honey to carry the heart healing essences to the physical, emotional and spiritual layers of the body.

You’ll learn the traditional and intuitive uses of each herb, how honey acts as both medicine and messenger, and how tending the heart is a radical and necessary act in times of collective grief.

Space is limited and registration is needed to ensure that we have the supplies we need. 

Join us to explore how everyday herbal practices can become acts of self-care, community care, and remembrance.
